Refund Policy

    

At Captain's Lawn Service LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, professional lawn care services. By choosing our services, you agree to the following terms of our No Refund Policy.

           All Sales Are Final

All purchases made for services provided by Captain's Lawn Service LLC are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for:

  • Lawn care packages (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)

  • Landscaping services

  • One-time or seasonal clean-ups

  • Mulching, trimming, and other yard maintenance

  • Pressure washing and grading services

Once payment is received and services are scheduled or rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds, but we may allow rescheduling at our discretion, subject to availability.

            Service Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will do our best to address your concerns and, when appropriate, may offer a corrective service — not a refund.

      Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been rendered is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to pursue legal action or submit unpaid balances to collections if such actions occur.
